Every film has its story, every story is a result of the backstories of its protagonists. Every commercial gets emotional if these backstories are noticable. So for me these backstories are the way into every film.
I shot short films that won more than 20 national and international awards (it seems I have a season ticket to the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Murnau-Award that I won for four times...).
During my commercial work I realized projects for clients as Abbott, Accenture, Adidas, Audi, BMW, Caterpillar, EasyCredit, Merck, Milka, Mini, myDays, Opel, Sparkasse and networks like 13th Street, Bavarian Broadcasting, Fox, History and National Geographic Channel.
My inspiration is the transformation of a campaigns communcation target into moving pictures. My special skills are the comprehension of the clients goal, the combination of directing and camera work and the intense staging of the talents.
